By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any bet or wager through the ccrickex platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the ccrickex Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or game-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between ccrickex ("the Operator") and the Player.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Accessing the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are written in the English language, which shall be the governing language in the event of any dispute or ambiguity.

These Terms apply to all forms of activity on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, table games, and any promotional or bonus activity offered by ccrickex. The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered players. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page.

To register an account and participate in any activity on ccrickex, the Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• The Player must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active.
• The Player must be accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any corporate entity, syndicate, or third party.
• The Player must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee, contractor, or director of ccrickex or any of its affiliated companies.
• The Player must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
• The Player must not be self-excluded from gambling through any self-exclusion mechanism on ccrickex or through any other responsible gaming programme that encompasses this Platform.

ccrickex takes its 18+ age restriction seriously. During the first withdrawal request, every player is required to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued photo identification confirming that they are 18 years of age or older. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily resolved.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any deposits made to such an account will be returned to the originating payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account as applicable) within five business days. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited in full.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ccrickex. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the Operator's sole discretion.

When completing the registration process, the Player is required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including their full legal name as it appears on their National ID, a valid mobile number capable of receiving bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions, a valid email address, and their date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Account Security Obligations

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username and password. ccrickex will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. The Player must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Log out of their account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ccrickex support immediately at support@ccrickex if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• Not share their account credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.

ccrickex employs SSL encryption across all account pages, login flows, and payment processing interfaces. However, the Operator cannot be held responsible for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.

The ccrickex Platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, account balances, bet stakes, and winnings are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees applied to any BDT transaction processed via the supported payment methods.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.

• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to process depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• ccrickex does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency deposits, or deposits from payment sources not registered in the Player's own name.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between player accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed during support hours: 08:00 – 00:00 BST (UTC+6), daily.
• The Player's first withdrawal will trigger a mandatory identity verification (KYC) step. The Player must submit a valid NID or passport. Withdrawals are held pending until KYC is complete.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering obligations.
• ccrickex reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000.
• Processing times: mobile financial service withdrawals are typically completed within two hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days.

ccrickex may offer a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL season promotions, Eid special offers, and Pohela Boishakh seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 18 and above who have a verified, active ccrickex account in good standing.
• Unless otherwise stated, each bonus may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for ccrickex deposit match bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the bonus terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining in the bonus wallet at expiry will be forfeited.
• ccrickex reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from contributing toward wagering requirements. Typically, live casino games contribute 10% of each qualifying bet, while slots contribute 100%.
• The maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings is capped at ৳20,000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

ccrickex employs automated detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and the use of VPNs or proxy servers to misrepresent geographic location. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses and winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

All casino games available on the ccrickex Platform — including slots, live casino tables, European Roulette, and the Tower game — are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe. Each provider holds independent Random Number Generator (RNG) certification from accredited testing laboratories. Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting and other sportsbook markets on ccrickex are governed by the following general principles:

• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, ccrickex will apply standard void rules. Pre-match bets on an abandoned match are typically voided and the stake returned to the Player's BDT wallet.
• Live in-play bets are accepted up until the moment play is suspended for a significant match event. ccrickex reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without prior notice.
• Minimum bet stake on sportsbook markets is ৳100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Player's BDT wallet immediately upon settlement of the relevant market.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a technical failure, game error, or disputed bet settlement, the Player must contact ccrickex support at support@ccrickex within 72 hours of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review. ccrickex's decision on game disputes, following review of server logs and game provider data, is final and binding.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ccrickex Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and any pending winnings, and referral to relevant legal authorities where appropriate:

• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets on any sporting event in which the Player has direct or indirect knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome, or in which the Player is themselves a participant.
• Fraud & Identity Theft: Registering with false personal information, using another person's identity, payment method, or mobile financial account without their explicit consent.
• Money Laundering: Using the ccrickex Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. ccrickex complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and reports suspicious activity as required.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering more than one account, whether in the Player's own name or under aliases, for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, bet limits, or account suspensions.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit odds discrepancies, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit transaction. Accounts subject to a chargeback will be suspended and the disputed amount will be pursued through available legal channels.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Circumventing Geographic Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where access is restricted.

ccrickex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Operator reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where account closure is required for responsible gaming, legal compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their ccrickex account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@ccrickex. The following applies to voluntary closures:

• Any remaining verified BDT balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered mobile financial account or bank account within two business days of the closure request.
• Active bonuses and associated wagering-requirement winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• Players closing their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period before full closure. Self-exclusion options range from 24 hours to permanent closure.

Operator-Initiated Suspension

Where the Operator suspends an account due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the Player will be notified via their registered email address. Any BDT balance held in the account at the time of suspension will be placed in escrow pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the full balance will be returned and the account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the balance in line with the specific breach provisions of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by applicable law. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring their participation on the Platform complies with all applicable local regulations. ccrickex makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for a Player's failure to comply with their local legal obligations.
